In human cell if there is sufficient amount of O2 the process of ATP production will be aerobic. However keep in mind that the first stage of respiration ( glycolysis) is always anaerobic

Answer:

Cellular respiration can occur both aerobically, or anaerobically. During aerobic cellular respiration, glucose reacts with oxygen, forming ATP that can be used by the cell.
