Answer: 1. When people make promises that they know they can't keep over and over, the person they are make promises to won't believe them the next time. Eventually the person making promises, is lying.
2. When a person makes a promise and they fulfill that promise, your going to believe them the future. You will trust that person when they say "I promise".
