How does your pulse rate relate to a workout where you don’t have to work real hard?

The more you workout the more “tolerance” your body has to intense physical activities. When you’re not pushing your body that hard your pulse rate shouldn’t rise that much compared to normal. Although, how hard a workout is varies from person to person based on their previous physical activity
