sin(?) = 36/38

so

? = sin⁻¹(36/38) ≈ 71.3°

Explanation:

Use SohCahToa to figure this out. I used sin because I had the opposite and hypotenuse. Divide 36 by 38 and get 0.94737 after that find the sin^-1 of 0.94737
