Answer:

C (the rate of change of f(x) is -1/2 and g(x) if 1/2

Explanation:

i cant be 100% sure so take this with a grain of salt but if x was 1, f(x)'s rate of change (another word for slope) would be -1/2 whilst g(x)'s slope would be 1/2.
