This is an incredibly simple question for an answer which is too complex for this kind of service, but the prevailing reason is Anti-Semitism and ideologies which promote it. For instance a Neo-Nazi may promote this sentiment to minimize the sufferings of the Jewish people. It’s just a thought. Stay safe
