Explanation:

The y-intercept is where it crosses the y-axis, so 4, and to find the slope find perfect points or pretty points and rise then run. I took the point (0,4) and found the next pretty point (1,6) and rise/run it. In order to get to the next point you have to rise 2 and run 1 or 2/1 which is 2, so the slope is 2, then you plug it into the equation y=mx+b the y=intercept is b and the slope is m.
