Social Structure: They began expanding by conquering neighboring groups. In order to control their growing empire and prevent rebellion, ethnic groups were separated

Religion: Polytheistic, involving nature gods and human sacrifice

Fall: In my opinion the most important factor that had the most influence on the Inca's Empire collapse was disease. Smallpox killed over 200,000 people and weakened the rest. With the people weakened and a large amount of people killed the Spanish were able to go in and defeat the Empire.
