Answer:

Don't come at me if I'm wrong, but I think it's y=-3/4x-1 1/3

Explanation:

1) you have to subtract 3x from both sides (this makes it 4y=-3x-4)

2) you then divide by 4 on both sides (it will become y=-3/4=4/3)

3) then you simplify the fractions (it becomes y=-3/4x-1 1/3)
