Explanation:

1) rate = ( 1484 - 1708) ÷ ( 11 - 7) = - 56 m/ s

2) rate × 13 = - 56 × 13 = - 728 m per 13 s

3) rate = - 56

t = 24 s

d = - 56 × 24 = 1344 m

whole distance = 2100

7 × 56 = 392

and he flay till 1708 then whole distance = 392 + 1708

so the remaining distance between him and her

2100 - 1344 = 756 m
