The electron transport chain or ETC for short has 34 ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate or the energy carrying molecule) Which has the molecular formula C10H12N5O13P3. So I would go with D because this is closest.

This is because one molecule of glucose in a Eukaryotic cell generates around 30 to 32 ATP.
