Is this a good intro paragraph?

Did you know that dragons do exist? These “dragons” are actually called Komodo Dragons and they can grow 10 feet in size! These giant scaly lizards are endangering the villagers in Komodo Island in Indonesia. According to ‘Giant Lizards of Indonesia‘ by R.A. William, even while the dragons are in the Komodo National Park, visitors and nearby villages are still in danger because they can still roam around. Students and teachers in classrooms have to be vigilant in order to stay safe from them. If this continues, then there will be no more classes left. Clearly, this has become quite a problem.

yes. I think that's a pretty good intro.

One thing I would change though is the first sentence. It's really good but in a proper intro paragraph you can't really use any first, second, or third person words and you can't really start it off with a question. But all in all it's pretty good!
