Wolves are a natural predator to deer. When the wolves were hunted to extinction in Yellowstone National Park, what impact could this have on the organisms found in Yellowstone National Park?

The decline of the wold population would lead to an increase in the deer and other prey animals to increase and the amount of plants to decrease from too many prey species feasting on them. Then the deer population would decrease because of lack of food

The decrease in the wolf population could lead to an increase in deer and other prey populations and a decrease in plant populations.
