The answer is 8x + 8

We need to add f(x) + g(x) so the expression would be:
(6x + 14) + (2x - 6)
6x + 14 + 2x - 6

From there, we can add like terms to get our answer
6x + 14 + 2x - 6
8x + 8

Hope this helps! :)
