What is the difference between the way MEDCs and LEDCs can handle air pollution and what factors contribute to this difference?​

The MEDCs can handle air pollution better than LEDCs because MEDCs are rich countries which uses latest technology to reduce air pollution while the LEDCs are poor countries which are unable to afford latest technology so they can't handle air pollution better. Economy and sense of responsibility are the factors for this difference because good economy can use new technologies which reduces air pollution and sense of responsibility allowed to take actions for controlling air pollution.
