And it's also a powerful medicine for many common mental health challenges. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood.

Physical health affects your mental health and memory because well think about it we need to be well rested to get our energy restored and eat plenty of protein, fruits, and vegetables to get that energy. If we don’t have energy and the nutrients we need our body starts to panic and so we cannot process information clearly and efficiently anymore because our body is lacking in important nutrients to feed and fuel the brain. You will start to forget things and not understand things that you used to bottom line is to take care of yourself and make sure that you eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly , and have a good sleep schedule.
