As we know that :

=> x² - ( sum of Zeroes )x + product of zeroes =0

Put the given values :

=> x² - (-3)x + ( -5/2) = 0

=> x² + 3x -5/2 = 0

=> (2x² + 6x -5) / 2 = 0

=> 2x² + 6x -5 = 0

Hence , the quadratic equation is 2x² + 6x -5 .
