Many common infections can spread by airborne transmission at least in some cases, including but not limited to: CO.VID-19; measles morbillivirus, chickenpox virus; Mycobacterium tuberculosis, influenza virus, enterovirus, norovirus, and less commonly coronavirus, adenovirus, and possibly respiratory syncytial virus.

Air-borne diseases are favoured in various ways like if the pollution rate is high then the spreading of air-borne diseases will be high.

The air-borne disease can also be spread in case if a sick person sneezes or coughs the microbes that cause the disease will be spread in the air and could be inhaled by healthy people which will make them sick.

Answer: cold, highly populated areas

Explanation: flu is a great example of an airborne disease. flu is spread mainly at parties, stores, and big cities. Diseases like these like cold air, as warmer air kills it. This is why you should wash your hands with warm water.
