11. Since segment MR bisects segment QO, side QP and side PO are equal. In the problem it states that angle MQP is congruent to angle ROP. The the angles QPM and OPR are vertical, so they are equal. That is enough evidence to conclude the answer.

12. ADC is bisected by BD, so that bisects AC too, which makes both sides equal. BD is perpendicular to AC, making right angles on both sides. The curves at angle A and angle C show that they are congruent. That should be enough evidence to show that it is congruent by ASA.

13. Triangle cannot be congruent by having the same angles, only similar since the lengths can be different. Congruent triangle means that the sides and angles are the same.
