Use Pythagoras’ theorem where the square of the longest side is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides.

So 8^2 + 15^2 = hypotenuse^2

Hypotenuse^2 = 289

Hypotenuse = 17 cm

Try this for the second one!!
