Is there a question to answer? Or do you need sentence correction? The sentence needs to be “You did it, tom,” she said accusingly, “I know you didn’t mean to, but you did it.”
You need to capitalize the first “You”, and use quotation marks around the second part of what the person said as well as a period at the end.
