A artist can use lines in art to create feeling or mood. For example the artist can show a strong emotion such as rage when make the lines bold, standing out. Or a artist can smoothly draw a line which represent the artist in a calm state. There are many ways a artist can represent her/his/their emotions throughout how thick, bold, light, straight, raggedy the lines may seem... (this is my opinion of course)
