Neutral, Because Not all people are poor because of their decision´s or actions. Some people are born into a family that is poor but it wasn´t because of them.

strongly disagree. i feel that many people are born into poverty and the capitalistic system is always going to be in the way of them progressing, because capitalism is built upon making the rich richer, and the poor more poor. some people are also affected because of their race and how systemic racism plays a large roll in the disproportionate unemployment rates tied to the black community.
