To answer the equation 2m+3p+4m-p, we first combine like terms, so we do (2m+4m)+(3p-p) and make it 6m+2p
So you SIMPLIFIED answer is 6m+2p and your FACTORED answer is 2(3m+p) since both sides can be divided by 2 evenly
