In your opinion, is "avoiding" an effective conflict management strategy? Why or why not? (Site 1)

Answer:

avoidance is not a good conflict management strategy because it may get brushed over as 'whatever' but the issue will arise again and you wont be able to do anything about it. that or someone will end up holding a grudge by trying to avoid the issue and they'll try to bottle up or hide those emotions but then that bottle may break or they would have a meltdown as a result.
