100 people did know they're representative

You just have to scale up the problem for example 10% of 100 is 10 but 10% of 1,000 is 100(If you need me to be more clear please let me know)

first we gotta find 90% of 1000 to do that we multiply 1,000×90% or 1000×0.90 (same thing)

this equals 900 so 900 people don't know the name of their rep in congress subtract 1000-900 thus 100 ppl know there rep in congress
