Please define aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. What is the difference between them?

aerobic expertise means “exercise with oxygen”. this is also referred to as “cardio”. anaerobic exercise is an activity that breaks down glucose without using oxygen (healthline)

Aerobic exercise is any type of cardiovascular conditioning. It also means your heart rate will increase during the exercise.So like fast walking, swimming, running, or biking.
Anaerobic exercise is when you are doing something really hard for a short amount of time. Like sprinting, lifting heavy weights.
