* entries are the amount of numbers in the matrices*

{ 6, 0, 9, 7}

would have 4 entries

2*3 and 2*3 both have the same number of entries but are not defined

and 2*3 and 3*2 both have the same number of entries and are defined

so it can't be always or never.
