What are oligosaaccharides used for?

Well, They are made for making medicines. A lot of people use it to lose wait and also to stop constipation. Some foods like artichokes, onions and asparagus include oligosaccharides.

People use these sugars to make medicine. Fructo-oligosaccharides are used for constipation, traveler's diarrhea, and high cholesterol levels.
