Thinking of community, community is a group you reference yourself with (example LGBT community) or people that live around you. The benefits of equity is not matter the race or the person is not going to impact anything. You guys can be free to whatever you want. The benefits of diversity is not everyone is alike, this means you grow people you like, people you dislike. It builds character to a person.
