Length = 2w + 8

2(w + 2w + 8) = 166 Combine terms in the brackets

2(3w + 8) = 166 Divide both sides by 2

(3w + 8) = 83 Subtract 8 from both sides

3w = 83 - 8

3w = 75 Divide by 3

w = 25

L = 2*25 + 8 Find the Length

L = 50 + 8 = 58
