the power of a court to decide and pronounce a judgment and carry it into effect between persons and parties who bring a case before it for decision.

Legislator:

All legislative power in the government is vested in Congress, meaning that it is the only part of the government that can make new laws or change existing laws.

executive:

the part of government that enforces law, and has responsibility for the governance of a state.
