Who is responsible for slavery in the triangle trade?

The Dutch were the most known for slave trading in parts of the 1600s, later in the following century. English and French controlled about half transatlantic slave trade. They've taken a large part of their human cargo from regions of West Africa between the Senegal and Niger Rivers.

Speaking of this; I'd assume originally the slave triangle trade's responsibility was the Dutch, along with the French and English.
