On a number​ line, the coordinates of​ X, Y,​ Z, and W are -8, -5, 4 and 6 respectively.

We have to find the length of the segment

= -5 -(-8)

= -5+8

= 3

Now, we will find the length of the segment

= 6-4

= 2

Since, the measures of the segments ZW and XY are not equal.

Hence, these segments are not congruent.
