When driving in poor visibility conditions, what is a proper method for you to signal other drivers that you are stopping, giving them more time to react?

Answer: The three-second rule is recommended for passenger vehicles during ideal road and weather conditions. Slow down and increase your following distance even more during adverse weather conditions or when visibility is reduced. You should use the low-beam headlights to see and to be seen. I would say use your turning signal like normal while also taking into mind all of these precautions. Hope this helps!
