The answer is B. strong negative

Do you see how the dots in the graph are close enough together so that you are able to see a line going downward? That’s how you know the association in this graph is negative.

If the y values decrease as the x values increase, you know that the line/association of points is negative.
If the y values increase as the x values increase, you know that the line/association of points is positive.
When the points are scattered all over the graph and you can’t see any kind of line or pattern, there is no association.
