Mean would increase, median will stay the same.

If the highest numbers were to be increased, than the mean (average), would also increase, because you will be dividing a larger number into 15 parts.

However the median (middle number in a data set), will stay the same because if only the top few numbers get their value increased the middle value will still be the same.
