If she moves two steps forward and one step backward, she ends up traveling forward by the distance of one step: 50cm.

So, she took three steps to travel 50cm.

20m = 2000cm
2000cm/50cm = 40
She will have to do her three steps forty times to reach 20m. Thats a total of 120 steps.
