PLEASE HELP! If someone wanted to start a tutoring service for free (and they were only in 8th/9th grade) what could they do to make it stand out to both colleges and parents?

Hello! i started a tutoring service in 6th grade what i would say is social media is very helpful you can self promote you could even start with some of your friends so people know who to go to if they need help good luck - Amanda
