This is seen in religions that encourage wtrict adherence to its moral laws and encourages discrimination against anyone that might be against it or not believe in it. We see this in Christianity where some churches believe everyone should be welcome and treated equally even though they don't not share same belief while other churches believe strict adherence is necessary and individuals who aren't believers should be discriminated against
