=> 1st Quartile = (11+1)(1/4)

=> 1st Quartile = (12)(1/4)

=> 1st Quartile = 3rd number

(N+1)(3)/(4)

=> 3rd Quartile = (11+1)(3/4)

=> 3rd Quartile = (12)(3/4)

=> 3rd Quartile = 3*3

=> 3rd Quatile = 9th number
