We already have the point which is (3,9)

All we have to do is find the new slope what is easy, get the orginal slope,

flip the sides and polarity of it. So from the slope -3/2, you get 2/3.

Now you just plug all the new values into slope point formula.

y - y1 = m(x - x1).

You do simple algebra and get B as your answer
