From the question we are given the first term 8,second term 11 and we are to find the third term.

Using the formula:Tn=a+(n-1)d

Where a=first term=8

n=number of terms =3

d= difference between terms( second term -first term)=11-8=3

T3=8+(3-1)3

=8+2(3)

=8+6

The next term =14
