Is it important for the judicial branch to separate from other branches of the government?

yes, it is important. there are 3 branches of government, and the judicial branch needs to be kept separate the most, as it is the branch that deals with in a sense “personal” problems the most.
I read the comments with that other person, and what they were describing is checks and balances- this is basically a system to ensure that no branch gets too much power.
