What happens to your body if you eat more food without exercising more ?

So, as you say “eat healthy without exercise” … if you mean, live a sedentary life but do not eat badly … you’ll still PROBABLY have issues over time, because (1) your body won’t be prepared to handle stressful things that arise as emergencies, and (2) the evidence from scientific research into lifestyle says that sedentary life is somewhat more prone to cardiac and metabolic diseases. On the other hand, if you are active in your regular life — walking frequently, standing often, carrying various loads around, and moving your body — then you’ll probably have a stronger immune system, better overall health, and live longer, given that aforementioned healthy diet.
