How did anti-Semitism affect Jews in Nazi Germany?

It affected them in a negative way reason being for receiving constant expressions of hatred from the Nazi and Germans. In addition, they were denied religious and political freedom and not gain any rights or citizenship which did not allow them to have any freedom of speech or any in general
