AB=AC, BD is shared side, angle 1 and angle 2 are equal as BD bisects angle ABC

So we have two sides and included angle equal.

• If two sides and the included angle of one triangle are equal to the corresponding sides and angle of another triangle, the triangles are congruent.

According to the rule above we can say triangles ΔABD ≅ ΔCBD
