Answer: Right 5, Vertical stretch by 2, up 3

Explanation:

You need to do the step in the parenthesis first, that step is to the right 5. You should remember that it is backwards of what you would think, a minus is to the right and a plus is to the left. The next is the multiplication which is by 2. It is a vertical stretch by two because the slope will increase there. The last step is up three.
