t= -b/2a

t= -2/.4

t=5 seconds

h= -0.2(5)²+2(5)

h= -0.2(25)+10

h= -5+10

h= 5ft

It takes 5 sec. to reach its max height so it will take 5 sec. to hit the ground so 5+5=10 10 sec. total.
