Answer:

Slope-intercept Form: y = 3/4*x -2

Explanation:

From looking at the graph we can get out slopes which is rise/run and y-intercept.

m = 3/4 and b = -2

Slope-intercept Form: y = 3/4*x -2

If the teacher wants to show work you would have to use a point-slope form using those two points to solve m. Then using a point and slope plug that into the point-slope form and make it into slope-intercept form.
